MADISON – Wisconsin Farm Bureau Federation President Kevin Krentz released the following statement regarding the confirmation of Wisconsin Department of Agriculture, Trade and Consumer Protection Secretary Randy Romanski and Wisconsin Department of Transportation Secretary Craig Thompson.
“Wisconsin Farm Bureau was registered in support of both Secretary Romanski’s and Secretary Thompson’s nomination. We are pleased they were confirmed today by the state Senate.
We hope to continue working with these two leaders and their agencies on behalf of Wisconsin farmers.”
Made up of 61 county Farm Bureaus, the Wisconsin Farm Bureau Federation is the state’s largest general farm organization representing farms of every size, commodity and management style.
