MADISON Wis. — This morning, Manitowoc Mayor Justin Nickels spoke with WOMT radio about how President Biden’s Bipartisan Infrastructure Deal will benefit every neighborhood across Wisconsin. He called for Manitowoc residents to encourage their elected representatives to support the deal on a bipartisan basis.
