A group associated with the Republican Governors Association is knocking Gov. Tony Evers in a new ad for vetoing legislation that backers said would establish a bill of rights for the parents of kids in schools. Thomas More Society complaint accuses Green Bay clerk of allowing ballot harvesting

The conservative Thomas More Society, which has filed a string of complaints over the 2020 election, has now filed one with the state Elections Commission accusing the Green Bay clerk of allowing ballot harvesting in this month’s election. A Waukesha County Circuit Court judge earlier this year ruled state law bans the use of unmanned ballot drop boxes and only allows voters to return absentee ballots through the mail or in person to the clerk.
