Americans for Prosperity Action-Wisconsin is up with a new digital ad saying Barnes “will cost you more” compared to U.S. Sen Ron Johnson, R-Oshkosh.
The group didn’t release any details of the ad other than it began Sept. 15.
The narrator asks how Johnson and Barnes “stack up” before saying the Dem lieutenant governor will vote with U.S. Sen. Bernie Sanders, I-Vt., to drive up utility rates and “stands with” U.S. Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, D-N.Y.
The narrator then says Johnson will cut taxes, bring down gas prices and “put more money in your pocket.”
“Stack them up,” the narrator says to close the spot. “Barnes means bigger bills, higher prices. Johnson means you keep more of your money.”
