LAKE GENEVA…Tyler August has picked up another strong endorsement in his campaign for State Assembly.  Former Wisconsin Governor Scott Walker has endorsed Tyler August in the Republican primary for State Assembly.  August was the only Republican running for the 32nd District to be endorsed.

“Tyler August stood with me as we enacted common sense conservative reforms,” said Walker.  “And he fought back against Tony Evers’ radical agenda. We need leaders like Tyler August!”

The endorsements are piling up for the Lake Geneva Republican.  August was the only candidate endorsed by both the NRA and Wisconsin Right to Life.  Local Congressman Bryan Steil also threw his support solely behind August.

“Together, Governor Walker and I have fought for conservative values and won by enacting meaningful government reform,” said August.  “I am humbled by Governor Walker’s support and will continue to stand strong and defend these bold reforms that have improved our state.”

August will be on the ballot Tuesday, August 9.  In addition to the Lake Geneva and Delavan areas, the boundaries of the 32nd District have shifted to now also include communities west of Geneva Lake including Williams Bay, Walworth, Fontana, and Sharon.
