[Fox Crossing, WI] – Today, State Senator Andre Jacque (R- DePere) announced his endorsement of Rachael Cabral-Guevara in her run for State Senate.

“I’m proud to endorse my friend Rachael Cabral Guevara to join me in the State Senate because she’s a strong social and fiscal conservative that will work for the people of the Fox Valley. When I encouraged her to run for State Assembly, it was based on confidence in her dedication, value and life experience. Now that I have had the opportunity to work with her in the legislature on vital public safety, taxpayer protection, healthcare, and parents’ rights legislation, it was an even easier decision to support her taking on a bigger role in the State Senate. As an accessible leader, mom, community volunteer, educator, and small businesswoman who has worked with pro-life pregnancy care centers, made healthcare more transparent and affordable for the people she serves, faced insults and intimidation from a not-so-tolerant left, and stood toe-to-toe to push back on the phony partisan arguments used to scare people and hurt our communities, Rachael is the right choice for the 19thSenate District and the legislator it deserves.” said Sen. Jacque.

Jacque currently represents the 1st Senate District, specifically the counties of Door and Kewaunee, and portions of Brown, Calumet, Manitowoc, and Outagamie counties. Jacque had formally served in the Assembly from 2010 to 2016, before being elected to the Senate in 2018.

“Senator Jacque has been a true friend and mentor. I have learned many valuable skills and tips in order to better serve my constituents. I am thankful for his partnership on bills during the last session as we attempted to better Wisconsin. I am beyond proud of this endorsement,” said Rep. Cabral-Guevara.
