We are confident that she will be an excellent leader in the state Assembly.”
“This race is about bringing new voices, new energy, and a new face to the Wisconsin legislature so we can make progress on the issues that matter most including defending reproductive rights, ending gun violence, supporting our schools, and protecting our environment, ,” Halverson said. “It is an honor to have EMILY’s List standing with me so we can make change happen at a moment when change is just what we need.”
Founded in 1985, Emily’s list encompasses a grassroots community of over five million members and helps Democratic women win competitive campaigns across the country and up and down the ballot.
