MADISON, Wis. — Tony for Wisconsin Campaign Manager Cassi Fenili and Michels for Governor Campaign Manager Patrick McNulty released the following statement announcing both candidates have agreed to the October 14th debate sponsored by the Wisconsin Broadcasters Association:
“We are pleased to announce that our two campaigns have reached an agreement regarding the upcoming Wisconsin Broadcasters Association debate. This event, broadcast statewide on October 14th and originating in Madison, will include journalists from markets across the state. We encourage people to tune in. There are plenty of differences between the two candidates, but we agree that voters deserve this opportunity to hear directly from each candidate. This will be the only debate between the candidates before the November election.”
