MADISON, Wis. — Governor Tony Evers’ campaign launched a new TV ad highlighting the governor’s record of doing the right thing for Wisconsin.
Gov. Evers takes a common sense approach to the challenges facing our state — finding solutions and delivering results that work for everyone in Wisconsin. That’s why he has a strong record of bipartisan accomplishments, including cutting taxes for the middle class by 15 percent, increasing funding to public schools, making healthcare more affordable, and supporting small businesses and family farms.
Gov. Evers has vetoed nine anti-abortion bills, and earlier this year, he led a coalition of governors calling on Congress to protect reproductive freedom and pass the Women’s Health Protection Act — he won’t interfere in decisions that should be made between a woman and her doctor.
Gov. Evers is committed to doing the right thing and keeping Wisconsin moving forward.

Tony for Wisconsin: “The Right Thing”
Gov. Evers: As Governor I’ll always try to do the right thing.
I’ve worked with both parties to find middle ground to improve and invest in our public schools, cut income taxes, and put our state on solid financial footing.
But here’s what I won’t do.
I won’t cut public school funding. I won’t stop trying to find good ideas from both parties, and I’ll never allow radical politicians to make decisions about abortion. That should be left to women and their doctors.
I’m Tony Evers and I’m asking for your vote.
