Scientific, evidenced-informed tool rates, recognizes workplace health programs and workforce well-being
MENASHA, Wis. (Jan. 25, 2022) – Faith Technologies Incorporated (FTI), a national leader in engineering, construction, manufacturing and clean energy, has been honored with a gold-level recognition by the American Heart Association (AHA) for its Workplace Health Achievement Index. Organizations are acknowledged for taking significant steps to build a culture of health and well-being for their workforce.
The American Heart Association, a global force for longer, healthier lives for all, created the Index with its CEO Roundtable, a leadership collaborative of more than 45 members from some of America’s largest companies. The Index is a web-based scorecard that evaluates the overall quality and comprehensiveness of a company’s workplace health program through a combination of best practices and a snapshot of a company’s aggregate employee heart health.
“We are proud to achieve this recognition from the American Heart Association for prioritizing the health and well-being of our team members,” said Alyssa Kwasny, wellness program manager. “FTI remains committed to supporting the physical and mental well-being of our employees, focusing on the whole person and considering every dimension of well-being.”
