FOX CITIES, Wis. (June 23, 2022) – Fox Cities Chamber has announced a new leadership development program exclusively for graduates of Leadership Fox Cities. Leadership Fox Cities 2.0 is an extension of the original program that takes a deeper dive into community topics, furthering participants’ knowledge and understanding of the region.

“For decades we have been training existing and emerging leaders through Leadership Fox Cities, a nine-month program focused on developing leadership skills while teaching participants about the community that they live and work in. Many of the program graduates have asked, “What’s next?” said Amy Schanke, Director, Leadership Fox Cities.

The answer, she said, is Leadership Fox Cities 2.0, which continues their learning with a deeper community immersion experience. “The curriculum is not a duplication of the Leadership Fox Cities sessions, but rather an exciting extension of topics not covered in the original program,” said Schanke.

Based on alumni feedback, the advanced leadership program will cover the following topics:

  • Oct. 25, 2022: Business Day
  • Jan. 24, 2023: Board Service
  • March 28, 2023: Government
  • May 23, 2023: Human Services

Each session will run from 8 a.m. to noon. Leadership Fox Cities 2.0 is only open to graduates of the Leadership Fox Cities program (any year). Class size is limited to 20 students. Tuition is $1,000 for Chamber members and $1,500 for non-members.

Applications for the first class are being accepted now through August 1, 2022. Apply online at https://form.jotform.com/221374835962160 .
