DE PERE, WI — Elder rights attorney and State Senate Candidate Andrea Gage-Michaels was endorsed by former State Senator Caleb Frostman to take back the 1st State Senate District for her dedication to fight for Northeastern Wisconsin.

Frostman served as a member of the Wisconsin State Senate representing the 1st District from 2018 to 2019, after defeating André Jacque in the special election. After his time in the Senate, Frostman served as the Secretary of the Wisconsin Department of Workforce Development under Governor Tony Evers’ administration from 2019 to 2020.

“Andrea Gage-Michaels has my full, ringing endorsement to be the next Senator from the 1st District. She has what it takes to protect the 1st District’s incredible natural resources, fight for a fairer economy, speak truth to power, and represent the district with courage, intellect, and humanity,’ said Frostman.

“I’m so honored to have the renowned endorsement of Caleb Frostman. When I’m knocking doors in the community, voters always sing Caleb’s praises. I have taken much inspiration from his leadership and service to the people in the 1st District,” said Gage-Michaels

Gage-Michaels is committed to building the coalition necessary to defeat current State Senator André Jacque.

“It’s going to take all of us. Together, we are fighting for people, not politics,” said Gage-Michaels. “The 1st Senate District is tired of reckless rhetoric and instead wants their representatives to deliver results. As the next State Senator from the 1st District, I intend to carry on Caleb Frostman’s legacy and increase access to health care, clean water and high-speed internet access.”
