MADISON – Today, Bon Iver, the Grammy Award-winning indie artist from Eau Claire, Wisconsin announced its endorsement of Wisconsin State Treasurer Sarah Godlewski for U.S. Senate.
“I’m thrilled to have the support of my friend, fellow Eau Clairian, and Grammy Award winner Justin Vernon and his band Bon Iver,” said Sarah Godlewski. “We’re at a critical moment right now – our rights have been stripped away with the overturn of Roe, and we just found out our Senator was personally involved in attempts to overthrow the 2020 presidential election. We have to beat Ron Johnson this November, and I’m the woman from Eau Claire who will get the job done.”
