| MADISON — Gov. Tony Evers announced today that he is seeking applicants for the Washington County Circuit Court–Branch 1. The appointment will fill a vacancy being created by Judge James G. Pouros’ resignation, effective June 3, 2022. The new judge will complete a term ending July 31, 2023. To apply, please email a completed application form and supporting materials to GOVJudicialAppointments@ Applicants who applied for the recent Washington County Circuit Court–Branch 3 vacancy need not reapply.
