September 1, 2022— The Great Lakes Credit and Collection Association (GLCCA) endorses Eric Toney to serve as Wisconsin’s Attorney General.
Skip Herbert, GLCCA Board Member and Chair of the GLCCA Wisconsin Legislative Committee said, “When looking at the race for Attorney General, the Wisconsin Legislative Committee and the GLCCA Board felt it was important to do our due diligence on the Attorney General candidates and came to the conclusion that Eric Toney is the right choice for our industry and for the State of Wisconsin.”
“The collection industry is well regulated at the state and federal level. Our members take pride in their legal and ethical approach to business, and in the value we return to our State economy. The work of our highly trained professional members helps keep credit available and affordable to all Wisconsin consumers,” said Herbert.
“We believe Eric Toney has the experience and skills to effectively serve as Wisconsin’s Attorney General. Like our membership, he supports enforcing the law, and we believe he will do so fairly and judiciously,” added Herbert.
