[FOX CROSSING, WI] – Today, Nate Gustafson (Gus) announced his campaign for the 19th State Senate District with a strong focus on restoring Wisconsin’s economy through encouraging growth of local businesses by opposing mandates and shutdowns, promoting cybersecurity initiatives, and supporting quality education driven by parent involvement.
Wisconsin born and raised, Gus understands the unique qualities of the 19th State Senate District. “As a lifelong Fox Cities resident, I know the unparalleled work ethic of our communities and believe that the best way to encourage private sector growth is allowing businesses to operate without mandates and shutdowns. I understand that the way forward is through minimal government interference and allowing folks to control their own lives,” said Gustafson.
Gus attended Neenah Schools from kindergarten through high school. His education continued both at University of Wisconsin – Fox Valley in Menasha and Fox Valley Technical College (FVTC) in Grand Chute where he received his associate’s degree as an Information Systems Security Specialist. He was one of the first graduates to ever complete this new program at FVTC.
Currently, Nate Gustafson is an Epic Analyst at NOVO Health Technology Group and Vice President of Winnebago County For Freedom, a grassroots organization that rallies the citizens of Winnebago County to be active in local politics and recruits candidates for local office.
“The greatest injustice to future generations is the lack of involvement of young voices in politics. I want to change that. In order to bring about good government, everyone needs to have a seat at the table. That is why I am running to represent the hardworking people of the Fox Valley,” said Gustafson.
