Based on the policy reforms generated by IRG, IRG Action Fund will take action by advancing legislation in the halls of state government and amplifying community voices in support and achieve results by turning conservative policy solutions into law.
The new organization boasts a dynamic leadership team with decades of experience in the conservative movement. CJ Szafir, a top-think tank executive who currently serves as president of IRG, will serve as the CEO. The Board of Directors include Kim Bliss, vice president and senior advisor of Hendricks Holding Company, Andrew Hitt, partner at Michael Best Strategies and former chairman of the Republican Party of Wisconsin, and Nicole Schneider, PhD, nonprofit leader, educator, and advocate for policy that supports families.
