[Balsam Lake, Wis.] – Today, the Wisconsin Bear Hunters Association (WBHA), an organization of 3,000 members charged with protecting the rights of bear hunters and growing the sport across the state, announced its endorsement of Adam Jarchow in the race for Attorney General.

While serving in the State Legislature, Jarchow authored the Right to Hunt Act, protecting hunters from harassment and solidifying Wisconsin’s long-standing commitment to our state’s hunting heritage.

“Adam Jarchow has been a strong proponent of Wisconsin’s hunting heritage, protecting hunters in the field and growing shooting sport opportunities across the state,” said Carl Schoettel, President of the WBHA. “Our organization is confident that Adam will continue to defend hunting rights in Wisconsin, and we’re proud to endorse him in his race to become the state’s next Attorney General.”

“I’m honored to be endorsed by the Wisconsin Bear Hunters Association,” said Jarchow. “Our state has an incredible hunting heritage that is constantly under attack by those who do not understand our way of life. The WBHA does an incredible job of protecting hunters’ rights, keeping hunters safe, and ensuring that our children and the generations to come have the same opportunities we’ve had to hunt, fish, and trap in Wisconsin. As your next Attorney General, I will always have the backs of our sportsmen and women.”
