Kerkman advances to April ballot in Kenosha County exec race

GOP state Rep. Samantha Kerkman will be on the April ballot for Kenosha County exec after finishing second in a three-way race. Kenosha County Clerk of Circuit Courts Rebecca Matoska-Mentink finished first at 44.4 percent, with all precincts reporting. Kerkman was at 38 percent, about 900 votes behind. Kenosha County Supv.
