Dem U.S. Senate candidate Alex Lasry today announced a new statewide TV ad campaign.
The seven-figure ad buy includes three separate ads airing on broadcast and cable television focusing on raising wages and growing American manufacturing, progressive values and voting rights.
The narrator in one of the ads opens by slamming U.S. Sen. Ron Johnson, R-Oshkosh, for “working with Donald Trump to take away your voting rights.”
Lasry, on leave from his position as a Milwaukee Bucks executive, in the ad says he would “be a senator about action, not talk. We need to protect voting rights.”
The move comes on top of the $1.6 million Lasry’s campaign has already spent on ads so far. Last week his campaign announced a six-figure digital ad buy.
