Milwaukee – Today, Wisconsin U.S. Senate candidate Alex Lasry announced that his campaign reported over $2 million in receipts for the 4th quarter of 2021 on his federal campaign finance report.

With the 4th quarter report, Lasry has raised over $2.8 million during the campaign, more than any other Democratic primary candidates. He has contributed an additional $2.3 million bringing the total receipts to over $5.1 million since he announced his campaign last year.

“I’ve said from the beginning that this campaign will have the resources necessary to beat Ron Johnson,” said Lasry. “Over the past year, we have built a statewide team to do just that. We have received contributions from every corner of Wisconsin, raised more money than any other campaign in the Democratic primary, and I have invested in my campaign as well. We are doing what it takes to win this seat and expand the Democratic Majority in the U.S. Senate.

Earlier this month, the Lasry campaign announced a new seven-figure statewide media buy as a follow up to the campaign’s previous seven-figure statewide broadcast and cable buy in the fall. Thus far Lasry is the only candidate in Democratic primary that has been on the air.
