Madison- State Representative Amy Loudenbeck, Republican candidate for Secretary of State, reports new endorsements from her legislative colleagues and prominent Wisconsin Republicans, including Congressman Bryan Steil (WI-01).

“As a constituent of Rep. Loudenbeck, I have witnessed firsthand the positive impact of her 12 years of experience in the communities she represents. Amy Loudenbeck will add tremendous value to the neglected office of Secretary of State and I enthusiastically support her candidacy. Amy Loudenbeck is the hardest working and most experienced candidate in the race for Secretary of State. Join me by voting for me in the August 9 primary and the November 8 general election,” said Steil.

New endorsements for Amy Loudenbeck for Secretary of State include:

– Congressional Representative Bryan Steil (WI-01)

– The Honorable Scott and Laurie McCallum – Former Wisconsin Governor and First Lady

– Ben Brancel – Former Assembly Speaker and Secretary of Agriculture, Trade and Consumer  Protection for Governor Tommy Thompson and Governor Scott Walker

– State Senator Kathy Bernier (R-Chippewa Falls)

– State Representative Elijah Benke (R-Oconto)

– State Representative Paul Tittl (R-Manitowoc)

Rep. Loudenbeck has already secured the endorsement of several prominent Wisconsin Republicans including former Governor Tommy Thompson and Congressional Representative Tom Tiffany (WI-07).  Over 70% of all current Republican members of the Wisconsin State Legislature are publicly backing her campaign.

“My supporters know I’m the best candidate to not only win the August primary, but the November general election. I have a strong record of supporting conservative reforms, as well as a proven record of getting bills passed and working with my colleagues to address the many complex challenges facing our state. People are excited about the race for Secretary of State because they see an opportunity to make this office work again for the first time in decades,” said Loudenbeck.
