The liberal not-for-profit group Majority Forward has launched a statewide ad criticizing U.S. Sen. Ron Johnson for "phony baloney policies" on trade relations with China.
The buy is part of a $2.7 million ad campaign and will be featured on broadcast, cable, satellite and digital platforms.
