MADISON, Wis — Today, Lt. Governor Mandela Barnes, Democratic nominee for U.S. Senate, announced a new ad, featuring former President Barack Obama, ahead of the former president’s rally in Milwaukee next week. The ad will run on digital and radio in the Milwaukee area through the end of the election.
