Yesterday, Lt. Gov. Mandela Barnes, Democratic nominee for U.S. Senate, continued his Ron Against Roe tour with rallies in Milwaukee and Madison. The rally included Alexis McGill Johnson, president of Planned Parenthood Action Fund, and Rep. Gwen Moore. In Madison, Lt. Gov. Barnes stood alongside Governor Tony Evers and Attorney General Josh Kaul to fight for a woman’s right to choose.
The tour is holding Ron Johnson accountable for his record of working to rip away Wisconsinites’ ability to access abortion. Mandela previously made stops in Green Bay, Racine, Madison, and Eau Claire. He’ll continue to take Johnson to task for his record of supporting an abortion ban with no exceptions for rape, incest, or the life of the mother with additional stops across the state.
