Menomonie, WI—Today, Congresswoman Lois Frankel endorsed Deb Baldus McGrath in her campaign for Wisconsin’s third Congressional District. Deb is a former Army Captain, CIA officer, and working mother of three. Congresswoman Lois Frankel represents Florida’s 21st congressional district.
