Menomonie, WI—Today, Eau Claire City Councilmember Joshua Miller endorsed Deb McGrath in her campaign for Wisconsin’s third Congressional District. Deb is a former Army Captain, CIA officer, and working mother of three. Councilmember Joshua Miller is an at-large City Councilmember for the City of Eau Claire.
