Menomonie, WI—Today, La Crosse County Board Member Margaret Larson endorsed Deb Baldus McGrath in her campaign for Wisconsin’s third Congressional District. Deb is a former Army Captain, retired CIA officer, and working mother of three.

“My representative in Congress needs to support democracy, not subvert it. That’s why I wholeheartedly endorse Deb Baldus McGrath for the Third Congressional District,” said La Crosse County Board Member Margaret Larson. “Deb’s lifelong commitment to support and defend the Constitution includes 25 years in the Army and CIA. That same oath guided her decision to run for Congress. Whether addressing local, national or global issues, Deb believes government should work for the people. Deb understands that accessible, affordable childcare and healthcare (including lower costs and reproductive rights) will make our economy stronger. Deb’s experience and beliefs are essential to navigating this crucial time in our democracy.”

“It is an honor to be endorsed by County Board Member Margaret Larson,” said Deb Baldus McGrath. “I am inspired by her dedication to supporting our community, and by her outstanding leadership as Chair of the Judiciary and Law committee on La Cross’s County Board. Her support is essential as we connect with voters across the district in the fight to bring lower prescription drug prices, affordable and accessible healthcare, and broadband to Wisconsin’s third Congressional District.”
