Menomonie, WI—Today, New Politics endorsed Deb McGrath for Wisconsin’s 3rd Congressional district. Deb McGrath is a former Army Captain and CIA officer with over twenty five years of public service and national security experience. New Politics is a bipartisan organization that recruits, develops, and helps elect leaders who have committed their lives to serving our country, either through the military or national service organizations.

“Deb McGrath has demonstrated throughout her career just what mission-first servant leadership looks like. Both at home and abroad, Deb has worked with men and women across the ideological spectrum to take on some of our big challenges and get things done for the country she loves. Wisconsinites deserve someone who knows what it means to put partisan politics aside and work on behalf of something bigger than themselves. Deb McGrath is that candidate and we’re proud to help her get to Congress to fight on their behalf,” said Emily Cherniack, Founder and Executive Director of New Politics.

“I am proud to be endorsed by New Politics, and grateful for their tireless support of our democracy,” said Deb McGrath. “Our shared value of putting our country and our communities first is at the core of my campaign for Wisconsin’s third Congressional district. In Congress, I will work to build a strong and thriving economy, support our families, and preserve our national security. I dedicated 25 years to public service through my career in the US Army and then the CIA, and am honored to have New Politics’ support in this fight.”

In recent weeks Deb McGrath has also been endorsed by Congressman Seth Moulton, Congresswoman Abigail Spanberger, Serve America, VoteVets, Amy McGrath’s Honor Bound, former Assemblyman Dana Wachs, Eau Claire City Councilmembers Emily Berge and Emily Anderson, and more.
