Menomonie, WI—Today, Congressman Seth Moulton and Serve America endorsed Deb McGrath for Wisconsin’s third Congressional district. Deb McGrath is a former Army Captain, CIA officer, and working mom of three. Congressman Seth Moulton (D-MA) founded Serve America, an organization that helps elect Democratic national service veterans to Congress and played a lead role in taking back the House in 2018.
