Menomonie, WI—Overturning Roe v. Wade would be an atrocious attack on our fundamental rights. If this opinion holds, an archaic Wisconsin law effectively banning all abortions will go into effect. Women across our state will lose access to fundamental healthcare. We are in a crisis.
I am a mother. Having a family is a life changing experience, and a lifelong responsibility. The choice to have an abortion is deeply personal and should be made in consultation with a woman’s doctor and those closest to her. The government has no place in that equation. I had a choice on when and how to have my family, and every woman deserves the same. I will always fight to defend and protect our reproductive rights.
