Announces Grassroots Rally and Republican Primary Debate Schedule

Mount Pleasant, Wisc. – Army Veteran and successful business leader Tim Michels is hosting a grassroots Freedom Rally in Racine County. It is the latest in a series of events hosted by the campaign that shows his broad, dynamic statewide campaign.

“Our surge is continuing, the momentum is real and we’re heading into the August 9th Primary election on a positive, upbeat wave that will continue to grow until we sweep Tony Evers out of office this November”, Michels said.

Michels also confirmed his commitment to participate in two GOP candidate debates in the final three weeks leading up to the Republican Primary Election on August 9. The live debates, including one on television and one on radio, come on the heels of Michels’ recent endorsements, expanding ground game, and tour across the Northwoods.

“I look forward to debating my opponents in the Republican primary in a positive and uplifting way,” said Michels. “There are critical issues facing our state, because Tony Evers and Joe Biden have made such a mess of things. I have the proven executive leadership that is required to beat Tony Evers in November and get Wisconsin back on track.”

The Michels Freedom Rally will be held today at 5:00pm at the Hribar Corporation, 1821 SE Frontage Road, in Mount Pleasant.

The two major, live debates Michels has committed to include:

Sunday, July 24 on Milwaukee NBC Affiliate WTMJ

Wednesday, July 27 on News/Talk 1130 WISN
