MILWAUKEE – Rick Schlesinger, president of business operations for the Milwaukee Brewers, will be the featured guest at a Newsmaker Luncheon set for noon on Tuesday, June 21, hosted by the Milwaukee Press Club and WisPolitics.com.

Schlesinger oversees the organization’s business operations as well as American Family Fields of Phoenix (the team’s Spring Training complex) and the business operations of the Carolina Mudcats, the organization’s Low-A affiliate. Schlesinger is a member of Major League Baseball’s Youth Baseball and Labor Policy Committees.

Schlesinger will take questions from a panel of journalists and from the audience at the luncheon, to be moderated by Milwaukee Press Club President Corrinne Hess, reporter for the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel. The event is set for 11:45 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. at the Newsroom Pub, 137 E. Wells St.
