Appleton, WI – On Wednesday, February 23rd, Appleton’s Hearthstone Museum will be hosting a free, ticketed event where Outagamie County Executive Tom Nelson will speak with a panel about his book, One Day Stronger. The event will focus on the story of Nelson saving a century old paper mill with the help of the local union and management of the mill. In the book, Nelson presents a path forward for the manufacturing industry, and how government officials can go beyond their traditional bounds to improve the lives of the constituents they serve.
