DELAFIELD, Wis. – Kevin Nicholson is calling on Governor Tony Evers, Attorney General Josh Kaul, and Milwaukee County District Attorney John Chisholm to respect and enforce existing Wisconsin law banning abortions in the state, should Roe v. Wade be overturned by the Supreme Court of the United States.
“The left wants to enforce mob rule and further degrade law and order in Wisconsin – and this has to stop,” said Nicholson. “Wisconsin has a Governor who is advocating for Congress to protect abortion, an Attorney General who has said that he would not enforce current Wisconsin law, and a DA in Milwaukee County who is openly admitting that he will refuse to do his job should Roe v. Wade be overturned. Wisconsin needs new leadership – leaders that will follow the law and protect innocent life.”
Combat veteran and businessman Kevin Nicholson further explained: “I’m unapologetically 100% pro-life — and I’m honored to be the only candidate for Governor endorsed by both Pro-Life Wisconsin and Wisconsin Family Action PAC. I pray that Roe v. Wade is overturned. As Governor, I commit to protecting innocent life — which includes ending state funding of Planned Parenthood and supporting existing pregnancy resource centers around our state.”
