According to New York Magazine:

Joe Biden’s radical agenda and reckless spending have caused hardship for Wisconsin families and made communities in the Badger State less safe. So, it’s music to our ears that he dislikes Senator Johnson so much. Wisconsinites don’t need a Biden supporter (like Mandela Barnes) as their senator, they need someone like Johnson who will stand up to Biden and the Democrats’ reckless agenda and fight for Wisconsinites.
