Dem super PAC Priorities USA and American Federation of Teachers announced a new digital ad urging Wisconsinites to vote because otherwise “someone else is making the decisions.”
The $350,000 spot begins with a woman waking up to her phone alarm and a “privacy protection laws” notification. The narrator in the 15-second ad says elections affect everything as more text bubbles with “school lunch funding,” “food safety,” “drinking water standards,” and other issues flash over a kitchen backdrop.
“And what you vote on this year can have a huge impact on your life,” the narrator adds. “But if you don’t vote, someone else is making the decisions.”
The ad is airing statewide on streaming platforms through Election Day, according to a release.
