Today, Matt Sweeney, spokesman for the Public Service Commission of Wisconsin, released the following statement in reaction to the State Supreme Court decision in County of Dane v. PSC of Wisconsin:
“The integrity of the Public Service Commission, its processes, and of each Commissioner is core to our mission. Today’s decision reaffirms that integrity remains strongly in place and helps protect public servants against frivolous, unfair, and unfounded claims of bias.”
