City of Racine – Mayor Cory Mason invites City residents to join him at the City of Racine’s fall “Racine Bounces Back: Jobs & Resources Fair.” More than 40 entities – City departments and local partner organizations – will have staff at this event, providing information, giveaways, sign-ups, and more.

“The City of Racine has so many great services, programs, and careers. We want to make sure residents know about all of these opportunities,” said Mayor Mason. “The last two years have been hard, but we’re bouncing back, and we’re excited to be able to connect with residents to show them all their City has to offer.”

The fall City of Racine Jobs & Resources Fair will be held Wednesday, November 16th from 4-7pm at Festival Hall, 5 Fifth Street, Racine.

At this free event, residents can:

·         Apply for City jobs and learn about careers with the City’s many departments;

·         Learn about and sign up for City programs and services;

·         Talk directly with City staff;

·         Connect with staff from dozens of local partner organizations to learn about their programs and resources; and

·         Enjoy snacks, kids’ activities, giveaways, and enter to win raffle prizes.

Mayor Mason concluded, “Bring the kids, reconnect with your neighbors, apply for City jobs, and learn about the resources available to City residents from the City and our great community partners. I look forward to talking with residents at this event.”
