Today, Rep Allen released the following statement in regards to the U.S. Supreme Court’s decision to overturn Roe v. Wade:
“Nearly 50 years ago an activist Supreme Court created a law that didn’t exist. Today we celebrate a courageous Supreme Court in the Dobbs decision for correcting that error. The people, through their legislative representatives, shall once again have the ability to decide on the important issue of life. Let’s pray that a respect for life shall prevail.”
