“To legalize or not to legalize, that is the question when it comes to marijuana or so we are told. Before we rush to answering this question, we need to consider the effects of marijuana on individuals and society as a whole,” said Rep. Allen. “Only then will we be positioned to answer the question of legality.”

Rep. Allen will speak for 15-20 minutes on the timely and relevant issue of marijuana before opening up the floor for questions and comments.
“My goal is to have an objective conversation that moves beyond personal stories to examining the science and public policy ramifications behind the marijuana debate,” said Rep. Allen.
