Today, State Senator Alberta Darling (R – River Hills) announced her retirement effective December 1st. Rep. Scott Allen (R – Waukesha) issued the following statement:
“I would like to thank Sen. Darling for her 32 years of service in the Assembly and Senate. She has worked tirelessly for the people of Wisconsin. Families and students can be especially grateful for her work establishing the first school choice program.
“She will be sorely missed in state government, yet I wish her the best in her retirement.”
