As you may know, I am running for the position of Majority Leader in the Assembly Republican Caucus. The role of Majority Leader is crucial to the efficient and effective operation of our caucus.
I believe my experience running the floor as Speaker Pro Tempore will result in a smooth transition to Majority Leader if the caucus elects me. As Majority Leader, my focus will be ensuring our members’ legislation moves through the legislative process in an efficient manner. Regular and clear communication between my office and yours will be a key component to make the most of this session.
