MILWAUKEE –“When I ran for office in 2020, I stated I would listen, advocate, and deliver results for the 11th Assembly District. I am proud to share we helped resolve constituent unemployment cases and had wonderful conversations with residents and stakeholders from the district. In my first term, I had 21 bills signed into law ranging from housing access, protections for children and victims of sexual assault, and support for small business owners. In addition, I was also one of the few Democrats who had a public hearing on a bill as a co-author this session.”

“However, there is still work to be done. Wisconsin has new maps that reinforce gerrymandering, the potential overturning of Roe vs. Wade will drastically impact the well-being of women in this state, and people are seeking safety and economic support due to inflation. We need “all hands-on deck”.

“Moving forward, I will continue to be a partner with residents, local municipalities and stakeholders to advocate for resources to promote public safety, economic development, and the overall well-being for the residents of the 11th Assembly District.

The election will be held on Tuesday, November 8, 2020.
