Madison – Rep. Dan Knodl (R-Germantown) responded today to the U.S. Supreme Court’s 6-3 decision on Dobbs v. Jackson Women’s Health Organization, which reverses the deeply flawed Roe v. Wade decision:
“I am pleased to see the Supreme Court perform this important course correction toward constitutional government. These matters belong with the people and their elected representatives in the states.
“Abortion is not a constitutional right. Life, however, is not only a constitutional right but the most important one of all. I took an oath to defend it and I will continue to do so proudly.”
