MADISON, Wis. – Today, Assembly Democratic Leader Greta Neubauer announced committee appointments for the 2023-24 legislative session. Representative Lee Snodgrass (D-57) has been appointed to the following committees: Ranking member on Assembly Committee on Campaigns and Elections, Assembly Committee on Jobs, Economy and Small Business Development, Assembly Committee on Children and Families and Assembly Committee on Forestry, Parks and Outdoor Recreation.

Rep. Snodgrass released the following statement:

“I am honored to be appointed to serve as ranking member on the Assembly Committee for Campaigns & Elections. More than ever, ensuring that all eligible Wisconsin voters have ready access to voting no matter their zip code or circumstance is paramount to democracy. I look forward to leading this effort on the committee. In addition, I’m so pleased to join my colleagues on the Committee on Jobs, Economy and Small Business Development. In this challenging economy, this committee will do vital work to expand opportunities for Wisconsin’s workers and small business owners.

“I am excited to return to the committees on Children & Families and Forestry, Parks and Outdoor Recreation. Both committees are close to my heart and I’ll continue to bring a bi-partisan, problem-solving spirit to the work.”
