[Appleton, WI] – The headline says it all. Hispanic voters in Milwaukee are leaning toward supporting Tim Michels and Ron Johnson and Republicans in general when they go to the polls in November.

The AP story Thursday looked at the efforts by Operación Vamos – a joint effort by the Republican Party of Wisconsin and the National Republican Senatorial Committee – to reach Hispanic voters in Milwaukee. The story looked at how Operación Vamos is educating Hispanic voters on how the conservative family values of the Hispanic community, and their faith, align with the values of the Republican party.

Operación Vamos is doing incredible work reaching voters that don’t normally vote Republican, and showing them how they’re being abandoned by Democrats like Tony Evers and Mandela Barnes, who push divisive policies that don’t align with the values of the Hispanic community,” said Republican Party of Wisconsin Communications Director Chad Doran.

Thanks to the efforts of the volunteers with Operación Vamos, RPW has reached more Hispanic voters in this election cycle than the last three election cycles combined.
