Madison, Wis. — Senator Chris Kapenga (R-Delafield) released the following statement today after being re-elected Senate President for the new legislative session:
“I want to thank each of my colleagues for re-electing me to serve in leadership for the Senate Republicans. As Senate President, it’s my role to ensure the work of the Senate is appropriately carried out while presiding over floor debates where everyone’s voice can be heard. I look forward to the next session and continuing to serve as Senate President.”
