Madison: The Wisconsin Game Preserve Association (WGPA) will present Senator Patrick Testin (Stevens Point) with their Legislator of the Year Award on August 14th.
“I’m honored to receive this recognition and proud to be an advocate for hunters,” said Senator Testin. “Wisconsin’s sporting heritage is a gift from previous generations, and I’m committed to doing my part to ensure it continues to thrive in our state.”
The WGPA is one of several organizations to recognize Sen. Testin for his strong record of support for hunters. Testin has twice been recognized by Whitetails of Wisconsin as their Legislator of the Year and he was the recipient of the Hero Award from the Wisconsin Bear Hunters’ Association in both 2019 and 2021.
