STEVENS POINT, Wis. — Following the conclusion of today’s Republican Primary, Sen. Patrick Testin of Stevens Point, conceded in the race for Lieutenant Governor.

Upon the release of the primary results, Sen. Patrick Testin, released the following statement: “Over the last 10 months, I have had the incredible chance to criss-cross Wisconsin and meet so many new friends. While the results tonight are not what we hoped for, I am fired up and ready to fight through November to ensure Wisconsin retires Tony Evers and we sweep in a new slate of Republican leaders for our state. After four years of Tony Evers’ failures, everyone knows the Badger State is on the wrong track. Starting tomorrow, we will be a unified Republican Party of Wisconsin and get to work to re-elect Sen. Ron Johnson and retire Tony Evers once and for all. It’s time that we take power out of the hands of Madison bureaucrats and Tony Evers’ special interest friends, and put Wisconsinites back in charge of our way Forward!”
